CREAT is a training and creation center for circus arts founded in 2020 in Valencia, Spain.
The main objectives of CREAT are:
- To provide high-quality training with a specialized teaching team
- To offer a space specifically designed and equipped for professional circus practice.
- To support and promote the growth of the circus community at both national and international levels, serving as a hub for connection and exchange between students and professionals.
- To promote a safe and inclusive working and learning environment for the entire circus artist community.
At CREAT, we understand contemporary circus as a multidisciplinary art form that draws inspiration from other performing arts such as dance, theater, film, performance, and emerging artistic languages
We uphold values of equality, non-discrimination, and expressive freedom, creating an inclusive space where students are encouraged to work intensively and explore their own artistic voices, both technically and creatively, to develop a unique performance style. By fostering a physically, psychologically, and emotionally safe environment, we empower students to grow within a supportive community, helping them reach their full potential while cultivating a strong work ethic.
